Notes:
1. Above total delivery time includes processing time 1 day. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays. In most cases, the package will be delivered within the estimated time of arrival. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight arrangements, weather conditions and other external factors. Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate delivery date.

Due to transport issues relating to COVID-19, there may be delays in delivery of 3-5 working days. We will try our best to get your orders to you as soon as possible – but please bear with us.

2. If your package has not been delivered or your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, you must contact Customer Service to verify within 45 days of the order date.

For other orders, products, and logistics related issues, you must contact Customer Service within 90 days after your order was placed.

3. USA Remote Region is defined as a suburb /town that is difficult to serve (Alaska, Hawaii, Armed Forces AMERICAN, Armed Forces EUR, Armed Forces Pacific, American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau), and only support Flat Rate Shipping(USA) as the shipping method.

4. Please click the “Confirm Delivery” button within 45 days (from the date of shipment). After that, you may not be able to get additional points.

5. Express Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. DHL Express shipping methods do not include Duties or Taxes.
